Drop-in Class $10
Not ready to commit to a class pack or membership? No problem! Drop-in for a virtual flow for only $10 a class. Missed the Live Class? Don’t sweat it! You can also rent classes from the on-demand library for $10. These rental classes last for 24 hours of enjoyment.

Flow with us for only $8 per class when you purchase a 10-class pack. This pack is valid for 3 months before it expires.

1-Month Unlimited Membership $100
Enjoy unlimited access to all live classes and the on-demand library for one whole month! If you practice more than twice per week, this is the best value for you. This auto-renew package is valid for 30 days after purchase.

Personal Training (In-Person) $120 - $140 per session
*Limited availability. If you live in the Boston area and are looking to train in a fitness studio environment, this is the option for you. Personal trainer, Kelly Ernst, will meet you at BCF Fitness in South Boston to support you in your fitness journey ($120/per session). Kelly also trains out of the gym at Beacon Hill yoga for $140/session. This includes a 1-hour in-person session, as well as a 4-week workout program specifically designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. Unlimited text support included in this training package.

Personal Training (Virtual) $100 per session
This personal training session includes a 4-week fitness plan that is designed specifically for you to help you achieve your wellness goals. The one-on-one session will be 1-hour and can be tailored to work with the equipment that you have on-hand, even if all you have is yourself! Unlimited text support included in the training package.

Personal Training (Home Session) $150 per session
*Limited availability. If you live in the Boston area and convenience and time-management are a top priority, this is the ideal training option for you. Personal trainer, Kelly Ernst, will come directly to your home and/or gym to support you in your fitness journey. This includes a 1-hour session, as well as a 4-week workout program specifically designed to help you achieve your wellness goals. Unlimited text support included in the training package.

Private Yoga Session $120 per session (Virtual or At-Home)
The best way to deepen your yoga practice is with one-on-one support. Whether you are a raw beginner hoping to jump-start an at-home practice, or an advanced yogi looking to master a challenging posture, these one-on-one sessions are a valuable option to consider. Prenatal and postnatal options are available as well. Each session includes a 60 minute personalized flow for you and anyone who is joining the session (semi-privates are optional). Prenatal Yoga Classes (In-Person & Virtual)
Pregnancy & postpartum are a beautiful and exciting phase of life, but they can also be stressful, exhausting, and isolating. In-person classes are offered at the Heidi Anderson Wellness Studio at 392 West Broadway in South Boston. Drop-in classes are $20 a session, but we also offer specialty pricing for specific packages, so be on the look-out for special offers!

Corporate Events & Private Parties $200 per hour
Bring fitness to your workplace by purchasing this Corporate Event pass. Please email balancedyoga.wellness@gmail.com to discuss the details of your corporate event. Your teammates will thank you!
This is also a great option for private events, such as bachelorettes, birthday parties, and even baby showers! Kelly is prenatal certified, so everyone can flow safely. during all seasons of their life journey. Nutrition Coaching Initial Consultation - Free!
Food & nutrition is personal, emotional, and cultural and we take it very seriously here at Balanced Yoga & Wellness. We want you to be comfortable with your coach, so the first session is on us. You can expect a 30-minute virtual session that will include items such as a brief wellness history and food recall. We will talk through your biggest barriers to your ideal wellness goals and will carve out paths for tackling them with confidence. Monthly Nutrition Coaching Services - $200/month
We dive deep into your nutrition & wellness goals on a weekly basis. Each client has unique goals. and we do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Options for these sessions include meal planning suggestions, macro nutrient planning, weekly calorie targets, and much more. This package includes four 30-minute coaching sessions (one session per week) and unlmited text support.
