About the Balanced Yoga & Wellness
Balanced Yoga & Wellness is a hybrid yoga & personal training studio that offers a balanced approach to yoga and wellness. Incorporating yoga, strength training and nutrition coaching into our fitness programming allows our community to achieve their wellness goals, without overreaching or feeling depleted. We strive to offer programming that is rooted in proper alignment, and will leave students feeling challenged, energized, and supported.
